  • Will you train me, my VA or my team on how to use what you build?
    Absolutely! You’ll get a personalized video walkthrough showing you exactly how everything works, and 14 days of email support, so nothing feels confusing or hidden.

    The goal is that you feel confident, not dependent, and that your team can use and maintain what we build.

    This day isn’t about slapping on a one-size-fits-all setup.
  • What if I need to reschedule my day?
    Life happens, I get it! You’re welcome to reschedule your VIP Day up to 7 days before your booked date with no penalty.

    If you need to move it within that 7-day window, there’s a $150 rebooking fee to hold your new spot.

    This helps protect both our calendars and ensure every client gets the dedicated time they deserve.
  • What if I want to book more than one day?
    Absolutely. Some clients book multiple VIP Days to space out larger projects or build in phases.

    Once you’ve completed your first full-day experience, you’ll also unlock the option to book half-days for smaller builds, refinements, or ongoing tweaks.

    It’s the perfect way to keep momentum going without committing to a full-day sprint every time.
